New Video Series ‘At The Mic With Mike’ Features President Tanner Interviewing Leaders in the Legal Community 

Florida Bar President Mike Tanner launched a new video series called “At The Mic With Mike,” where he’ll periodically interview Florida Bar leaders, judges and members of the legal community about a variety of topics.

In the first episode, Tanner interviews Voluntary Bar Liaison Committee Chair Kimberly Lopez.

The series is posted on The Florida Bar’s website, YouTube channel, and featured on the Bar’s social media platforms.

How to Insert a Signature Image into a Microsoft Word Document

Old School: Print, sign and scan a document that needs your signature.

New School (you’ll need a scanned-in or otherwise digital image of your signature saved onto your computer):

  • Open the Word document, put your cursor on the line/space where the signature should be dropped, and then select Insert from the ribbon up top.
  • Click on Pictures then navigate to and select the signature image.
  • You may need to manipulate the exact placement of the image by using the Picture Format ribbon and tinkering with the Position and Text Wrap options (be sure to select the image to activate the Picture Format ribbon).
