Bill Loucks is currently serving as President of Florida Lawyers Mutual Insurance Company, as well as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Loucks was engaged in the private practice of law from 1961 through 2007. He graduated from the College of Law, University of Florida, and received a Bachelor of Arts from Earlham College.
